Zakat Calculation Forms

Use one of the two forms below, as applicable, to calculate your zakat. These forms will automatically calculate your zakat after you enter the necessary figures. Both forms are taken from the Zakat Calculation book and produced here with permission from The Islamic Foundation, Leceister, UK.

SHORT FORM
Use this form if you have savings and/or earned income only (i.e., wages and salaries) as zakatable assets. You can also use the Comprehensive Form below, but this Short Form will be simpler to use.
OR
COMPREHENSIVE FORM
You must use this form if, in addition to the above, you also have other types of zakatable assets, such as business income, shares and bonds, gold and jewelry, and trading goods.
